Interesting that no one ever points out how much tax property investors that are positively geared pay.
In fact I can't even find any reference with a quick google search.
With steadily increasing rents and ultra low rates I would suggest that any investor who has owned a property for more than 7 years is probably paying tax. Which partially explains the increase in investor activity - increased income /cash flow.
