Thats true - Opes did get an exemption which only makes the whole fiasco even more ridiculous.
How the hell are they allowed to take ownership of people's shares without them even knowing it. In the case of BMN they effectively own 10+% of the company and THE ASX APPROVES IT!
Its way beyond a disgrace.
