It doesn't every single time, but it does occur and does depend on the structure of the CR
I have high praise for BOE management as they are savvy operators with the majority of their recent CR going towards the USA JV with EnCore + they worked through what was needed to get Honeymoon to where it is today. It shows credibility and performance, hence the SP and confidence in SH's (both insto and retail) buying
DYL is a bit different in that they have been the highest shorted U listed ASX company for some time now, so shorters will be shorting and covering many many times even after the recent CR. DYL can easily be above/below the CR price due to it's volatility
Look at AEE and PEN in terms of a stagnating SP due to the CR structure
