Barry, you are right. There will have to be reason to buy the placement. Maybe some attached options, or it'll be discounted. I'm sure you long termers will be upset if the Canadians are getting new shares cheaper than your current value. After it's done however, with financing in place, it should reduce one of the risks. It's fully underwritten, so the money will come.
