The company, which was previously in ethanol production and oil and gas exploration before being used as a vehicle for a IT company to connect the buyers of flat-pack furniture with those skilled with an allen key, has signed an agreement to take over ScandiVanadium Australia from the seven shareholders who set it up in May.
If the deal goes ahead a new board will be installed, drawing heavily on African uranium hopeful Bannerman Resources, with directors Brandon Munro and Ian Burvill to join the board, with Munro as chairman. Bannerman project director John Turney will consult to the new company, to be renamed as ScandiVanadium.
