I agree with you regarding survillance issues. I also agree with you regarding disclosures, and this could be done same way, as director's buying and selling on a weekly basis.
But Banning it altogether, will only lead to calamity, and now what will the investors in Hedge funds do? They will be out of the money, because of this Government intervention.
