The class action wasn't started by a SH with 26k in shares.....It is bankrolled by hedge fund and is designed as HT said to put pressure on the Coy and Insurers to make it go away.

In the US the some hedge funds bundle their 'litigation investments' and sell them as investments to investors.....They won't lose money anyhow.

These days any coy in distress can be expected to have this done to them, proof or not.
