Trav, why are you so aggressive? You can't control people's actions, and getting vitriolic won't help. If I lost $100 I would sign up to a class action. Its free money at this point. Bannister have gone for the low lying fruit but in my opinion the real problem is whether QIN will have the resources to meet any judgment - if they are found liable. Insurance policies only go so far.
