Just be aware that the Great Southern story re class act\ion results were beyond dismal as were the series of CA's started many that went no where for Forest Rewards, FEA etc.
Stick to the large financially backed firms of which there r only two on last recall if u pursue this.
In my view the company has a reasonable case re the material loss argument for Galderma and based upon market buzz on contracts the china contract as well. Their weakness is the fact that there were two non disclosures goes to corporate culture. However that may not be enough. This is why I would wait for the large actions to c where they go. Their financial backer will require they have a reasonably good case before proceeding.
I remain more confident than any other period of this halt that there will be an outcome however agree that lack of leaks, that would make Trump's WH green with envy, leaves us all in the dark about the nature of the offer.
