I don't know Glen, just made up my mind by his HC-comments, but I think he is not the type pulling out of the responsibilities. It's too early to say it doesn't make sense to continue for someone who has just started. Unless there is really no hope for a recovery. But even in that case the captain and his officers should evacuate the sailors ( us SH ) before they take the rescue boats for themselves.
