I would suspect that the seller was the company that provided IMI with equity financing - whatever they're called.

If Umshebi purchased IMI at 1c a share or greater, he is looking at a loss of over 90%. It doesn't make sense to me for someone with a massive holding in a company, to sell shares at a 90% or greater loss. Might as well keep it there and hope that it turns around. I mean having stock worth 10% of what you paid for, it's so close to zero that you might as well call it zero and leave it there. There's no point in selling.

I would be surprised if it was Umshebi.
