There has to be a deadline to any JV/sale negotiations, and this date has to be strictly enforced. We can always produce for say 2 years and revisit any JV/sale in time. It doesn't not have to be a zero sum games. Equity revaluation takes place when asset prices are brought to market values one way or another.
