It was a toss up between making a therapist appointment or posting here on the banter forum. I set aside financial considerations and decided to post here, and luxuriate in the warmth and support of my fellow Brookside sufferers.

Well that was a load of codswallop for an introduction, so seriously.

i consulted encyclopaedia Google and came up with this

i’m sure there are many variants of this definition. But am I wrong have I seen anything like this touted by our board, aspirations, timeframes, sort of thing? I can;t recall.

i have seen many pillars quoted in many presentations, but are they not the means to get somewhere at some unspecified time along the line ?.

What is our management’s actual wish list/ambitions for our company and how long do they foresee this taking?
