One of my small brain scratching thoughts is this, Shirley with these assets and these prospects and with half the current market cap held in cash, there has to be very significant upside to the business, (in the hands of competent management)
if three months down the road, nothing has changed, no drilling plans j/v or otherwise, then yes I can see them trundling along debating whether buying at 1.1c or splashing out at1.2c is a better tactic.
but if things (finally) take off, then it is goodbye (hopefully) forever to anything less than (finger in air) 2c, and so the time to buy back optimally is gone.
buy back now or stop waffling on about buy backs extending into the future.
if at some stage in the not very distant future our share price is still 1.1c or 1.2c, then it is obvious that there has been significant failure on the part of management to increase shareholder value where it counts,…. Our market valuation.
