hi @Dredd84. I think you looked into his remuneration. and grated it seems small $ in these roles (not sure re options shares granted etc)

but being on a board or chair is not a turn up to a lunch once a qtr job (do a company directors course for an eg of the workload expected - it takes time and energy, paid or not. and a listed company even more so. so).

he is on two other ASX listed boards and is a chair of one (and the board says he's doing a good job ) this takes time energy focus.

what's untrue about what I've said ?

I expert him to be working 50 + hours a week on BRK and I can't see that happening with these additional roles.
