The way i see it in the short term price movement:
$$$ - we sell the land - bags for all (odds of occurring 1%)
$$ - we JV with someone - SP approach 2c / may breach (odds of occurring 19%)
$ - we drill the holes ourselves - lucky to test the 1.5c-1.7c range from BB announcement (odds of occurring 80%)
What have i based the above on? Nothing really, the last year of holding this share has been boring.
I dont necessarily think that drilling ourselves is a bad thing, it will just take time - i just hope they're aggressive about it otherwise i might sell out a portion based on the announcement.
