Not monetising by selling can be a catastrophic mistake. So far the drilling teams have been awesome and everything went well. But if DP says our monetisation pathway is to maximise drilling to "just" sell oil:
1- if the drilling operation has a hiccup, that would be seen very badly for the SP. Drilling won't 100% of the times go well, it is a tricky operation, so it is risky. This was a needed risk in order to hold the land and prove value, but drilling just to produce is risky.
2- if we just buy land, drill and sell oil, isn't that what every other producer does? I got here with the idea they were into "real state" for oil. Not looking like that now.
Anyway, wait and see. Selling lambo, low kms.
