From my chat with DP in Noosa it did not sound like he wasted his time in the US at all, and will be back there shortly to finalize something? Few more take aways were he mentioned the big boys were not paying the real value for land at the moment, so i assume if something is being 'sold' it may be just included as part of a bigger deal. Also said that with a JV they wanted more than just money, the other party has to bring more to the table, hence my thoughts its a JV with CLR or another big dog. IMO someone will want to JV and full field develop some of our DSU's, we just have to wait for the TH.
