It was sarcasm. It was based on all the recurrent comments I read here everyday putting down people who complain about the share price. Sometimes I like to risk it and don't say it is sarcasm and see who takes it seriously. Good way to test the sentiment in the forum.

I only see 2 ways this stock going up in a significant way:

The first one is nothing to do with the stock itself. Low interest rates (2-4%), bull market with all stocks going bananas, the news saying we are in new golden era, planes going everywhere, no sign of "postcovid" or recession, and then in the investor frenzy that comes with those times, release some promising news and wait for the hype. Similar to 2021

The second one is BRK actually sells a piece of land/lease for a big chunk of money (say 50mill) as most investors that got onboard on 2020/2021 thought was the key plan and what made this company different.

With the new plan annouced by DP (4wells) and the way the economy is going, it doesn't look any of those scenarios are going to happen at least for 12 months so, we will be here for a very long time.

Now if I was new investor and I had money, this looks now like a good buy at these prices with the upcoming wells. Buy at 0.001 drill 4 wells, potentially 0.0015 mid/end of year 50% profit, while most of the existing shareholders would still be at a loss.
