He's not in favour of either. Please don't hold me to my exact words as there was so much to take in but he did mention a couple of companies that have done a consolidation where afterwards the share price returned back to where it was prior. He also mentioned another company that paid a dividend and it did very little to the share price hence why the buyback is the preferred option. Maybe Keith54 can offer more info on this subject?
