There are typically a number of reasons a company cannot respond.
1. Breaches ASX continuous disclosure rules
2. Commercially sensitive
3. The question is abusive and / or harassment
I suspect there would be many that meets 1&2 and given what I have read here, on LinkedIn and in the comments in the last webinar there are a few that meet #3.
