In the three years I was with brk, out of the multitude of announcements , not one drove the price up by more than three pips. and those were nearly always sold off by 10 am (awst). Every one seemed like an opportunity for traders to sell off at three points higher and buy back in again at the prevailing low price. For traders, insert whatever noun you like (insiders, sophs, day traders whatever). Antipate more of that.
