Maybe it was maybe it wasn't... There were lots of times over the last 8 odd months when people thought 10m buy orders appearing were BRK, they often got hit as the share price slowly drifted down (and down and down), yet many of these didn't result in announcements so were proven to be someone else.
In then end maybe it was, maybe it wasn't we will never know and it doesn't really matter in the scheme of things.
