And the BOE is a much lower value than BRK's , being 43% gas and 57% liquids ( 42% oil and 15% NGL's)... Apart from a lower oil content, that indicates the gas is not as rich as the BRK stream.
I didn't find a reserves number associated with the sale so it's hard to make a direct comparison , but there is enough info to say these look to be of a lower quality to BRK's almost certainly spread out over a less concentrated acreage position.
