There has been some negativity lately, which is understandable due to the share price during the last couple of years.

I thought I'd make a positive post, in particular for those who would be in the fence of joining BRK. In 1 year time, the 4 wells should be pumping, the long-term capital gain will be active (if joining today), so if one was to hypothetically join today a scenario like this could play out.

All those values for Market Cap, including the high end, have been discussed and justified here by danpech and others in terms of reserves, so they are somehow possible. Tax is just an estimate, as everyone would be slightly different. Of course they can also mess up the wells and the forum would be even more fun.
