soi isn't the full extent of the problem here... management patting themselves on the back for doing sweet fa the last 10 months, a piss pore attempt at the last buy back and requesting performance shares while the share price is in the gutter is why this stock suffers. You really want another slow and painful buy back just to watch the company refuse to buy at the agreed price and keep pushing it lower???? Fml
