    1. I wouldn't call planning the successful implementation of the $40M plus drilling program - FMDP as "doing FA" in the last 10 months.
    2. My understanding is that the Buy Back saw the business pay the market average price for the shares over the Buy Back period. What was poor about the process apart from BRK not buying up to the limit allowed? Did you want them to buy the shares at a figure above the average, remembering it is your money they were spending?
    3. The Only director "requesting" shares is DP and those shares are in lieu of salary and supportted by a report from an Independent Remuneration Consultant. They are not "performance shares".
    4. Happy for you to explain what an "Agreed Price" is in a "Buy Back". There is no Agreed Price there is only a maximum price - no more than 5% above the 5 day VWAP.
    5. How did the Buy Back push the price lower? If BRK had not bought the shares it did when it did then in all likelihood the share price would have been lower throughout the entire Buy Back period.
