5. How did the Buy Back push the price lower? If BRK had not bought the shares it did when it did then in all likelihood the share price would have been lower throughout the entire Buy Back period.

so no drilling for the duration of buy back and company not proactive on buying large amounts or shares when it dipped below the target price is good for the share price? DP really has you hook line and sinker
