It’s a strange one……. If the company keeps ploughing its capital back into growth but in the shorter term fails to increase its share price, then it becomes an ever more tasty takeover target.
a good, rewarding business with great prospects that is not recognised by the market via share price.
something has to give eventually, and that might mean some unwanted predatory action.
