A simple back-of-the-napkin calculation - roughly $50 million profit a year against the current MC of 62M gives a P/E ratio of 1.24x. This is for a debt-free company that has very little risk and grows its earnings. Unless we assume that the P/E of 1.24 is justified in such conditions (nonsense obviously), the MC has to grow at least proportionally to the earnings, and perhaps even more because the current P/E of 3.7 would be a bit small too. Which means either 3x SOI increase for which there is no reason at all, or a 3x SP increase. That is why I called this stock an easy buy.
The only real risk here is the oil price crash, but even then worst it can do is to show no growth in SP. It's like that famous phrase "tails I win, heads I don't loose much", except in this case the coin is biased heavily towards tails.
DYOR and good luck to holders.
