No one recently would have made any money off this so you can only assume it’s someone frustrated and selling out or known entities distributing shares to each other in the hope of flushing more shares out, impossible to know unless you get fresh holder info, personally I’m waiting till these new wells are online and producing then I’ll look at the register.
