people screaming 'why are people selling'? The question needs to be why aren't people buying?
to me, it is as simple as in 8 years of being listed that it has underperformed the market by a compounding ~100%
now that is topped off by the fact management have made bank on this company
in the small cap space, if you can't trust management and in BRK case you can not, then you simple cant invest in a company
management have made ZERO attempt to create any SH value but have lined their pockets
im actually shocked the SP isnt lower if i was a top 20 holder i would of GTFO a long time ago
