no benefit has been given to shareholds, mate, but this is somewhat irrelevant. The question holders and prospective buyers have is
will there be an appreciation in the SP in the short-mid term
i personally believe the answer is not with this MD at the helm he is a proven loser with the last company he tanked and the 8 year history of BRK - that does mean he cant turn it around but based on the extra shares they've award themselves i dont see it happening
of course holders voted in favor of it so it is holds who are to blame as well
i wish you well and holders well ill continue to watch from the sidelines
