This Slide is from BRKs March 2022 investor SH presentation i have circled the two things management have not done

Selling the Land and giving $ back to SH was 'intially' the goal but somewhere in the last 18month this has changed - the company is now just development more and more drills and SH arent getting the promised pay day.....instead management have bonused themselves and essentially settled in for a long expensive drill future

i have no doubt the company will make money but the fact is we are around 2.5 years from this presentation you would expect SH to have seen the red circle at this stage and ideally the blue one

the opposite has happen they have sold NO land and using the money from options and sales to continue drilling? so based on management 'own' presentation their is no vision to give back to SH without a land sale

thus why i think management need to change they have acted in self interest
