agree with your points. But it is worthwhile (imo) noting the very strong comments 2+ years back from management that a land sale was imminent with “watch this space” comments. At the same time DP was going to take up his options (no comment on secret no recourse “loan” at the time) and encouraging punters to do the same. Yeah my bad trusting.
It’s this kind of history that’s stopping me buying more at what I consider bargain prices. I can’t sleep well at night with this management. They have work to do (eg. What’s the strike for these recent performance rights? ).
