Have only recently started looking at BRK and just bought a few. Clearly there are some issues with the management i.e. its our company not the shareholders and we'll do what we want and pay ourselves what we like. I haven't read anything that dispelles those thoughts.
Like just why havent these people consolidated the number of shares ages ago. I guess there is a reason in the managements thinking.
But like LastRise2 suggests there is always hope that the directors will clean up the company and move forward.
