I've contacted the company with several questions about a potential buy back and received some pretty reasonable answers which I'm sure won't be an issue paraphrasing here.

The company has said it would only consider a buy back when they have a cash excess to requirements. At this stage they don't know exactly how the wells will perform. They have modelling and can see nearby wells but they need results from the actual wells they have drilled. When they can forecast production and decline they can plan cash flows better. When they have more iron clad cash flow forecasts they may then decide they have cash excess to requirements.

We don't know how much they have in the bank until the end of October, and cash won't start flowing for the new wells until December so I consider it highly unlikely any BB will be announced this year.
