    If there is no rerate after this FMDP gets flowing then a consolidation makes the most sense. I haven't heard an argument that makes sense not to do the consolidation. Like DP said, if the SP stays low then they have the opportunity to buy back more shares, either the SP drops after consol and the company can buy back more, or the SP does nothing like its doing now and looks better on paper, or the SP rerates and we are all happy. Seems like a win-win-win scenario!
