Almost all spec stock consolidations don’t work and I have experienced many, as many spec stocks don’t have the funds to continually release positive market news drilling throughout the year. To maintain a high post consol SP. most SP always fall back. Most do 1 drill a year and SP get smashed, much bigger losses.

I’ve really only noticed poor performing consolidations on stocks that have been listed a long time and don’t make money, anyone with any investment experience looks at the market cap anyway, but it is good to have fewer shares on issue but it’s really just a psychological thing, I think a 10:1 would be good and some serious advertising, it’s also just this market at the moment, when the market finally turns bullish again, cheap profitable companies will be first out of the gates imo.
