I've been in couple consolidations, only time they have a negative effect is when it's a failed explorer wanting funding for their 20th duster in a row.
All others had no really change, positive or negative. Pretty sure we'll be mostly unaffected, but like I've said several times - i know enough investors who would avoid this stock based on shares in issue alone, so I'd support giving it a go. Worst case - market cap stays the same.
