1.Not sure what you mean by "credit raise". BRK have stated that there are no plans for a capital raising based on current cash flow modelling etc. They have stated on numerous occasions that they are planning on a small short term credit facility only. Whether that is arranged with an Australian or US Financier is irrelevant.
2. David has no shares to convert. He has an approx $1M loan @ 3% interest p.a. from BRK that is secured by approx 100M BRK shares. He either pays that loan out to BRK at some point in time in the future or BRK cancel his shares.
