I'm convinced it's options arbitrage, hundreds of millions of options have been bought over the last couple of weeks for less than 0.018. Exercise the options for 0.011 and sell the heads for 0.03/0.031 rinse and repeat. It's like 4 day cycle pip trading. You can see the churn has slowed down lately now the option + exercise price is equal to the recent stock price. I think this cycle will drag down and pin the price to 0.03-0.032 for a while longer unless we get extraordinary news.
