I am a fairly long term holder in BRK so I have skin in the game. The real concern for US domestic oil production in the near to medium term is going to be OPEC+ ramping up production and lowering the benchmark crude prices. They've done this in the past and caused carnage in the shale patch, however it's not as clear cut as it used to be as Saudi is running a deficit in it's economy which is nearly unheard of.
