Hi guys,
People will pile into oil stocks in coming weeks and months. This is an obvious play going up the risk curve as oil moves over the $80-$100 USD mark. The fact that BRK is a cash flow+ junior at current oil price means it will outperform in a big way.
Not sure how to explain this but USD crude is going to ~$200PB. Would not be surprised to see a 10-15x here at all. Dont worry too much about the management, they just have to stay above ground and resist the urge to hedge a high % of production, which is the only way they can F this up.
