    Maybe not too bad. Some extra time could allow to buy back the capital that needs to be placed in the US (or buyback point blank).
    From a LT perspective, it surely would be nice to grow wealthier from the valuation gap (buyback) instead of only poorer (investment banking fees). That is not to say a placing is wrong per se.
