No you wouldn't... but you'd also assume they've tested to see HOW MUCH oil they had before committing money to a pipeline... and if they HAVE tested, the ASX Continous Disclosure rules would suggest they should be disclosing that information..
I'm a holder and I'm hoping they've hit the jackpot, don't get me wrong.. all I originally said was that the latest disclosures were odd..
