it doesnt matter the sellers are mum and dad or sophisticated investors, they are impatient in my book. BRK took a few years to build the assets base while the oil price is in the bottom of the cycle, and now we finally have the funds to proceed, market is in our favour, we are almost have all the opportunities we can have to reap the benefit. I understand there is no sure thing in the market, but BRK is certainly one of the safer bet med-long term in my eyes. We could be at the start of something much bigger, glta
