but ill try change your mentality to think a MC of 1bn AUD is only 750m USD as i said the land itself is around 200m USD which js ~250m AUD that is more then DOUBLE the current MC

from where imsitting if BRK was to sell up its lease to someone right now it would get 300m AUD AT LEAST sp to think a max MC when the lease is pumping full swing is the ceiling is unexplainable?
