Oil hasn't been this high since 2014.
The market will be looking at all Oil companies and deciding which to invest in.
BRK will most likely have 2 extremely productive Wells producing Oil.
If it doesn't rise now something is wrong.
Can call it down ramping if you like or thinking to short term but this climate happens very rarely for oil companies and with expansion of EV's may not ever happen again.
