did DP sell us out. or was he poorly "advised" by the adviser?

imo. it's hard for an MD in a company that's struggled to raise capital (that was SHEs) job, and while I AM cranky at DP, the WA gravy train bucket shop that "advised" and sold too cheap and too hot hand mates, and took a massive cut themselves, should never be given a cent again from us re "advice"* the fact that a month on DP still thought the deal was priced ok means he drank their bath water.

*Sadly they are still on a retainer (I believe)

the last qtr statement needs new eyes, new broker to write research and pitch it to stable investors. + while I like to pro active videos etc. it ain't bringing new money to the yard.
